Browser Issues or lots of Entries

Browser being a Brat: 
With the variety, versions and security settings of browsers and firewalls these days, occasionally settings won't accept the cookies necessary for entries to land easily in the online cart. If this happens and we're not able to readily give you a tip or two to change your settings (give us a call 1-503-297-9979), we have a straight-forward alternative entry process:

Have a large number of Entries:
The online entry System is fast and easy but if you have quite a number of Entires it can actually take longer. We suggest you use our traditional Entry Form and then FTP your entries.  

2-Step Backdoor Entry Process:

1. Register: Use this Entry Form to itemized your entries. Use multiple forms if need be. Then either save it with Acrobat professional and email it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or print and fax it to 1-503-297-9978.
2. Entry Delivery (creative samples): Login to the Summit Award's site (usually at the top but there are various login places). Once logged in, from the user menu on the left side of the screen click on FTP. This areas will let you upload your files, one at a time. Send us a quick This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to let us know you are using the method. They will be associated with your user name so we know they belong to you. We then match it up to the faxed Entry Form. 

Thant's it. As long as we have your Entry Form and Entries, you are good to go.
