Summit Creative Award

The Summit Creative Award begins in the winter. Currently we are taking orders for SCA winner merchandise only.

How to Enter:
Enter using the Online Entry System, or by mail/Courier.  Currently we are taking orders for winner merchandise only.

On-line Entry System

CHOOSE AWARD AND CATEGORIES - Select from the icons above the competition you are entering. Then select the first category in which you choose to enter. Complete entry information including Entry Name, Client, Delivery of Creative and/or URL. Repeat for each submission.

REGISTER AND PAY - Provide contact and payment information then choose NEXT.

UPLOAD FILES (if uploading creative samples) - Browse for your files and upload one at a time. After uploading all files, select the checkbox in front of each file and choose BIND. This attaches your files to your order so they will show on your email receipt. Uploads must be remain under 8 megs each; under 5 is preferable.

SELECT CONFIRM ORDER - A confirmation email is sent as soon as you confirm the order. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.

PRINT ENTRY TAGS (if mailing creative samples) - Attach an Entry Tag to each Creative Sample being mailed and send all to the SIA receiving address.

Please note: Your cart will empty if inactive for 30 minutes. If you choose, you can enter a competition multiple times by shopping for categories, checking out and returning another day.

Entering Via Standard Mail

For all mailed submissions, securely attach a completed Entry Tag to the front of mounted entries and the back of unmounted entries. Itemize all entries on Entry Form and include itwith items being shipped. If more than one Entry Form is needed, staple them to the first page. Attach an Entry Tag to each piece of a campaign entry, listing the campaign's title, and label 1 of 3; 2 of 3; etc. List campaign entries only once on Entry Form.

Entry Preparation

1. Uploaded Entries
• Broadcast - Television - Quicktime or Windows Media file (approx. 640 x 480; keep under 8 megs). Radio - .wav or mp3 file.

 
• Print (brochures, packaging, direct mail, etc.) - Save as a .pdf or .jpg (keep under 8 megs; under 5 is preferable)

• Web - Submit URL in URL field.

• Video - Video entries should be mailed due to upload bandwidth constraints.

• Interactive Media – IM entries should be mailed do their interactive nature and size.

2. Mail/Courier Entries
• Broadcast  - Television - Quicktime or Windows Media file (approx. 640 x 480).  Radio - .wav or mp3 file

• Print (all forms of) - Two-sided items, such as Brochures and Annual Reports, should be unmounted for ease of handling, with Entry Tag on back. Mount Single-sided items such as Print Advertising, Logos, Stationery, etc. on single-weight black mat board with a 1" border. Attach an Entry Tag to front lower right corner.

• Web - Mail screenshot of home page with readable URL 

• Video - Mail DVD

• Interactive Media - Mail CD or DVD

Attach an Entry Tag to each mailed submission.
